Currently Executive Chef at the two-Michelin-starred Brooklands by Claude Bosi at The Peninsula London, Chef Francesco Dibenedetto previously helped secure two stars at Bibendum and contributed to the success of Hibiscus in Mayfair.
His formative experience includes time at some of the world’s most iconic kitchens: the three-Michelin-starred Alinea and Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago, the two-starred Amber in Hong Kong, and the Four Seasons in Dubai.
