IDR 1,380K. Five courses: Carpaccio di Triglia, an aged red mullet crudo; Gambero di Fiume with crawfish, cauliflower and crispy quinoa; Carbonara ravioli; Filetto di Manzo, Black Angus tenderloin; and Chocolate Sensation.
À la carte
Appetisers include Tonno, Capesante, Crostata di Pomodori, Barbabietola & Mandorle and Battuta di Manzo, with Perseus Oscietra caviar. Pasta and risotto include Cavatelli, Parmigiano Ravioli, Risotto alla Milanese, Agnolotti al Ragù and a pasta of the day. Main courses are Branzino, Maialino Arrosto, Filetto di Manzo and Costata di Manzo Wagyu.
