On Fridays and Saturdays, MAURI opens for lunch from 12 PM. The à la carte menu comes from the same kitchen as dinner, with several dishes finished differently for the middle of the day.

The dining room
At lunch the dining room is lit by daylight, from the tree at its centre to the open kitchen. It suits a long business lunch as well as a slow Saturday with friends.
