The Signature Tasting Menu brings together five courses from MAURI’s Southern Italian kitchen. It opens with Tonno and Parmigiano Ravioli, continues with Merluzzo "Pizzaiola" with Atlantic cod and Costata di Manzo Wagyu MB 7/8, and closes with Tiramisu. The menu is IDR 980K.
The Discovery Tasting Menu begins with Carpaccio di Triglia, an aged red mullet crudo, followed by Gambero di Fiume, crawfish with cauliflower and crispy quinoa. Carbonara ravioli and Filetto di Manzo, a Black Angus tenderloin, come next, and Chocolate Sensation closes the five courses. The menu is IDR 1,380K.
Appetisers include Tonno, Capesante, Crostata di Pomodori, Barbabietola & Mandorle and Battuta di Manzo, with Perseus Oscietra caviar. Pasta and risotto include Cavatelli, Parmigiano Ravioli, Risotto alla Milanese, Agnolotti al Ragù and a pasta of the day. Main courses are Branzino, Maialino Arrosto, Filetto di Manzo and Costata di Manzo Wagyu.
Join us every Sunday for a seated brunch in Seminyak, with every dish served to the table. Each menu begins with breakfast favourites and ends with artisanal cheeses, desserts and mignardises. Vegetarian options are available, and dietary requirements can be accommodated upon request.
Classic Brunch
A taste of Italy, with signature egg dishes, homemade pasta and ravioli, fish and prime meats.
Coastal Brunch
A seafood-led brunch featuring lobster, oysters, Hokkaido scallops, king prawns, crab and otoro tuna.
Meat Lover’s Brunch
A generous selection of Angus tomahawk, Australian lamb, pâté de campagne, beef tartare, foie gras and Wagyu ragù pasta.
